By visiting our website, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

EDONAHAIR LLC (operating as "edonahair," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates a hair salon located at Salon Blanc, 1288 Ala Moana Blvd., Suite 100, Honolulu, HI 96814, specializing in precision haircuts, dimensional color, and curly hair care. When you provide your phone number and opt in, you can expect to receive text messages from us related to appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service updates and, if you separately opt in, marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, our website by anyone else. You may not use our website to transmit any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable material, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

3. Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments booked through our website or booking platform are subject to stylist and salon availability. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments with us.

4. Payments

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Prices for services are subject to change without notice, and any pricing communicated at the time of booking is an estimate until your service is finalized in the salon.

5. Text Message (SMS) Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, the following terms apply.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (808) 772-7285. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@edonahair.com.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages related to your appointments and, if opted in, marketing offers; message frequency will vary based on your appointment activity and communication preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website. Marketing text messages and non-marketing text messages (such as appointment reminders and service updates) are separate opt-ins, and you may opt in to one, both, or neither.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of edonahair or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
